SUMMATIVE ASSESSMENT RUBRICS FOR FOOTBALL

 

 

Application of Movement Proficiency: Shooting Technique   (movement)

 (Consistency = performs without error 75% of time; Effective  = achieves intended purpose)

 

4         Student uses effective forward passes, receiving skills, blocking techniques, and defensive techniques, consistently and with few observable errors in a game situation.

3         Student uses effective forward passes, receiving skills, blocking techniques, and defensive techniques, in a game situation..

2         Student uses the skills in the game, but skills are often ineffective and inconsistent.

1         Attempts skills but is ineffective or the use of skills are inappropriate for the game situation..

 

Application of Concepts and Principles: Strategy   (movement)

 (consistency = performs without error 75% of time; Effective  = achieves intended purpose)

 

4         Demonstrates the ability to effectively and consistently apply the concept of defending space in game situations

3         Demonstrates the ability to effectively apply the concept of defending space in game situations.

2          Attempts to defend space but is ineffective
